Note: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the date of booking. Payments are taken via bank transfer. For enquiries made on short notice (two weeks or less), full payment is required.

Booking/Refund Policy

Bookings are non-refundable or transferable. The only time the deposit is refunded is if Sheuli is unable to fulfill the booking.

If a booking needs to be rescheduled, a new deposit is required. This is to account for the loss of work on the initial date/time booked.

Sheuli is not liable, nor required to refund in the instance of skin reactions. It is the client's responsibility to notify of any product allergies beforehand, and in some cases, it's best to provide your own products.

If at any time you or your guests display inappropriate or abusive behaviour Sheuli will have the right to leave. A refund will not be offered in this instance.
